Hi, you've got an error. You have Wenceslas being premiered by the NLCC in 1982, but the NLCC wasn't formed until 1991. I think it would have been the Finchley Children's Music Group. I'm not sure when he joined that as musical director as I wasn't a member until the late eighties, but I think he'd been there a while when I joined, and I'm not aware of his being involved with other children's choirs previously. Perhaps add his time with the FCMG, which judging by this was at least nine years, to the overall article?

(Sorry, I can't remember how to sign in and don't have tildes available on this keyboard, but it's 22/11/17, and I'm a former member of both children's choirs.)

Oh, Ronald Corp's own website.^{[dead link]} There are further self-glorifying examples throughout this so-called article: "More detailed information on Corp's life as a composer can be found on the Ronald Corp website." O really? Why should we want to be subjected to Ronald Corp's ideas about himself? We want independent assessments of his capabilities, not self-published claims about his greatness. Have you had a look at WP:HD recently? Hundreds of requests for self-promoting articles are routinely rejected every month. Why does Mr Corp's website escape notice? I believe you are quite right to question the suitability of the word "stirring" in this context. Wikipedia is open to all (and sundry) so your elimination, as an editor, of the word should not be questioned, and it may even be useful to provide a replacement such as "effervescent", "tedious", "head-up-its-own-arse", etc. whatever floats your boat on the particular day on which you elect to consider such matters. 95.144.160.135 (talk) 22:03, 12 October 2022 (UTC)[reply]
