I cannot give a citation, but when the first book appeared, Shatner promoted it on at least one TV talk show. He explicitly credited Goulart and praised him for his work. Lamprey37 6 November 2008 —Preceding undated comment was added at 00:56, 7 November 2008 (UTC).[reply]

clear evidence[edit]

I have read fifty of Ron Goulart's science fiction novels. The writing style and characters of the Tekwars books that are dedicated to Ron Goulart are unmistakeably the work of Ron Goulart. The dedications are a clear "nod" to Goulart's contribution. Other writers were responsible for later Tekwars books. Mistercatworks (talk) 23:10, 19 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Goulart's romance novels?[edit]

I am fascinated by the comment that '[he] wrote several "romance" novels under feminine pseudonyms (they contain familiar Goulart themes and are hilarious.)'. Sorry if the personalization offends -- the impersonal point is that books apparently written by Goulart and referred to in the text are not in the bibliography. Not sorry about the punctuation -- I'm well aware of the rules and conventions about punctuation, and would be happy to argue the case (but not here). Ah, how embarrassing! I jumped to the conclusion that you were talking about my comment, but it's quite obvious that you were referring to the original comment which I quoted. May I now delete my second comment?

Bibliography[edit]

I have commenced a tidy-up of the Bibliography section using cite templates for books and articles, as well as tables for organising short stories, poems and/or book reviews. Capitalization and punctuation follow standard cataloguing rules in AACR2 and RDA, as much as Wikipedia templates allow it. ISBNs and other persistent identifiers, where available, are commented out, but still available for reference. This is a work in progress; feel free to continue.
