Captaincy[edit]

Contrary to what MrShamrock states: NHL Rule 14D states that “[n]o playing Coach or playing Manager or goalkeeper shall be permitted to act as Captain or Alternate Captain." I have reverted his revision. -Nathan.

Robert Luongo is no longer the third winningest goalie in NHL history. Luongo was recently surpassed by Chicago Blackhawks goalie, Marc-Andre Fleury (500+ wins compared to Luongo’s 489).

Currently, the Article states the following: “Luongo is second all time in games played as an NHL goaltender (1,044) and third all time in wins (489).”

The Article should be updated as follows: “Luongo is second all time in games played as an NHL goaltender (1,044) and fourth all time in wins (489).”

Should be a Panthers pic[edit]

Interesting this was “protected against vandalism” and he’s sitting there in a Canuck jersey. He never wanted to be moved and couldn’t wait to get back. He’s a Florida Panther. 170.250.139.143 (talk) 11:28, 28 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Hi IP! Unfortunately Wikipedia is constrained by copyright laws in regards to lots of our content. If you have a free photo of him in a Panthers jersey, please upload it to Wikimedia Commons. HickoryOughtShirt?4 (talk) 12:02, 28 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Post playing career[edit]

There's nothing in the article about his work after he retired from playing. Didn't he work for the Florida Panthers management? Might even still be doing that? Jozsefs (talk) 10:23, 29 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]
