Olympic athlete?[edit]

He is included into the category Olympic competitors for the Soviet Union, but is it right? I.e. did he compete in any Olympics and what was his performance? Cmapm 09:54, 14 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I've removed categories "Olympic competitors for the Soviet Union" and "Olympic competitors for Armenia". Because he isn't on the list of competitors at the 1988 and 1992 Olympics (see Olympic reports at [1]). The 1984 Olympics were boycotted by the USSR, hence, he could not compete there as well. Feel free to add those categories back, citing your sources, if he competed at earlier or later Olympics. Cmapm 10:19, 20 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]
