@Chris troutman: In Wikipedia, job titles and military ranks are not capitalized – see MOS:JOBTITLES and MOS:MILTERMS: "Brigadier General John Smith, but John Smith was a brigadier general". As for commas, I added one, but did not remove any. See MOS:DATE. Christhe spelleryack 20:57, 17 June 2019 (UTC)[reply]
