And What of Lazarus; And what...?"[edit]

People tend to forget that both Mark Lenard and Robert Brown guest-starred in two of the most poignant roles in the original "Star Trek" series, and became co-stars later in "Brides". Curious thing about Mr. Brown. By his accent he appears to be more of British (or Scottish) origins, or at least of an anglo-phile affectation. Could it be that he was a stage, or even particularly a Shakespearean actor? He sures does seem to have that demeanor, not only in "Brides", but more noticeably in "Trek"s "The Alternative Factor", where he masterfully played dual (and dueling) roles of the doomed "Lasarus". The Star Trek connection of Brown and Leonard is described in the Here Come the Brides article. Worth reading. There is a Starlog interview with Robert Brown out there somewhere. 5Q5 (talk) 17:03, 29 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Shy[edit]

Robert lives in Ojai, and enjoys buying houses, turning them into things of beauty, and turning them over at a profit. He is an extremely modest man, and never speaks of his acting career. I enjoyed knowing him, although I haven't heard from him in a few years. Hi Robert! JohnClarknew (talk) 03:00, 4 March 2019 (UTC)[reply]
