Electa[edit]

According to the news article, Electa was

Fa capo per il 99,99% a Rcs Mediagroup ed è il secondo editore in Italia, dietro a Mondadori

But according to primary sources [1][2], Electa seem owned by Mondadori group before the 2015 takeover of Rizzoli Libri. So, is that a typo in the news article? Matthew hk on public computer (talk) 07:48, 3 April 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Never mind, figured out by myself. Matthew hk (talk) 19:17, 3 April 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Sonzogno[edit]

It was an imprint of the company, according to primary source [3], but any update about it? Matthew hk on public computer (talk) 08:02, 3 April 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Recent change[edit]

I don't like touching the line of original research, but according to the P.IVA provided in the official site , 05877160159, the legal person of former RCS Libri S.p.A. (Rizzoli Libri S.p.A.) had became Rizzoli Education S.p.A. (by checking Agenzia delle Entrate ), which now make sense on trade section of Rizzoli Libri S.p.A. had merged into Mondadori Libri S.p.A.. Another minor problem was , Agenzia delle Entrate shown the establishment of that P.IVA was 1980, which contradict to International Directory of Company Histories, may be the group again recycled another legal person. Such detail of the line of succession may be not existed in reliable source, so i leave 1994 as the foundation of RCS Libri (as stated in IDCH) instead of 1980.
