Well, the River X and the X River are perfect synonyms. The logical thing to do would be to restore the dab to this rivulet, then point River Hun at River Hun and both of the much more important watercourses in China. That said, apparently, not enough people have referred to those by this archaic form of their name and Google seems to only show this creek when you look it up.
