World War II service[edit]

"Richard D Crenna in the U.S., World War II Army Enlistment Records, 1938-1946" (Ancestry.com) indicates that he entered the U.S. Army on 24 Feb 1945. Thus the entire section on World War II, based upon a website that is not reliable, has been removed. The source in question should not be used.
