Is any additional documentation available for the citation "Letter of the Departement of Health, City of New York, 8 October 2000. mentioned in: Rudolf Ulrich (Hrsg.): Österreicher in Hollywood. The links in the citation lead to Wikipedia articles, without providing access to the content of the letter mentioned in the citation or even to the reference to it in the publication cited.
