I just don't understand why Rhode Island has never offered the MUSL secondary jackpot game Hot Lotto. Not only would it fit in well with its existing games, but it would give those in SE New England an alternative to MA Megabucks, whose jackpot has always been annuity-only. 216.179.123.52 14:31, 14 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]
