To do list[edit]

Most of all, the verification and clean-up of the translation is unfinished, and that needs doing. I've left section {{rough translation}} templates to mark what's left. If you fix a section, please remove the template. At this writing, the following sections still need translation verification against the original, and copyediting for grammar and style:
