Football club

Praxidicae I do not want to start an edit war with you so am going to use the talk. How is rema being a fan of a football club not trivia? Why not add his favorite make-up or eatery's or car or colour?. Him being a fan of Manu will not stand out as trivia if only he has maybe showed support to the club or had any significant appearance or association to the club. Orphaned references in Rema (musician)

I check pages listed in Category:Pages with incorrect ref formatting to try to fix reference errors. One of the things I do is look for content for orphaned references in wikilinked articles. I have found content for some of Rema (musician)'s orphans, the problem is that I found more than one version. I can't determine which (if any) is correct for this article, so I am asking for a sentient editor to look it over and copy the correct ref content into this article.

Afro-Rave genre invented by South African artist, Toya Delazy (2019).

Hello @Bughie6 & @900R, South African artist, Toya Delazy "coined" or came up with the term - as well as invented the genre "Afro rave" which appears to be as far back as year, 2019, not as per stipulated in this article. As well as not as presented as year(s), 2021/2022. Please see: [1] . Is it a case of unintentional genre mislabeling/ misidentification or incorrect tagging? In this context misleading edits were in reference to solely mentioning one artist attributed to the genre (especially without a standalone genre article) when there are green sources with time stamps prior to stipulating direct contradiction in regards to another artist. Currently, Rolling Stone is beige/orange (no consensus) whereas in this case, Times Live is actually green. Perhaps Wikipedia:Reliable South African Sources has not been specifically updated in that regard, recently. I am uncertain. In addition, another green/trusted and reliable source has been added to the edit. i.e. ([11]). For further clarification in reference to what appears you regard or consider as reputable "international affiliated branded /franchise media publication" ([12]). Response to @Yotrages comment ([13]) below:
Hence why I stipulated,"currently". It appears you are only seeing what's displayed on the mentioned pages instead of which legend code colors are in actual fact, currently displaying. Amongst the many purposes of the encylopedia , are edits which are insightful and useful. A benefit of the encyclopedia is presenting readers with information on various and all aspects of knowledge of a said topic. The current edit given the circumstances is just that, inclusive of green sources. In reference to what you have stipulated as "believability" sources verifiability in this specific case are not in regards to "how big" or "international" "a source or its publication is" e.g. Rotten Tomatoes. In reference to the purpose of this section and edit, as per edit summary the edit did / does in actual fact include a trusted/ green source. The edit is worded in a non-contradictory manner. The edit shouldn'y and can't be censored given the circumstances. As per detailed in this discussion as per reasons above , a genre article would or could possibly be highly controversial or contradictory hence whilst there is no genre article, edits regarding the genre/sound across both artists' biographies are relevant, necessary and insightful to the reader. A combination of predominantly 'Toya Delazy' and 'Rema' mentions amongst other what appears to be non-genre affiliated topics, appear as per :

  • 'Afro-rave' search engine results; [16]

@Qaqaamba now you get what have been saying since yesterday, if we enter that content it will mislead readers. Rolling Stone and other international outlet credits Rema as the creator of the genre, so readers won't believe TimesLIVE compared to those reputable outlet. and according to Wikipedia:Reliable South African Sources, "TimesLive" and other outlet that mentioned Toya Delazy are unreliable. So I think you'll have to find a good source, so that readers will believe. Yotrages (talk) 10:18, 3 January 2024
@Qaqaamba Rolling Stone is still green according to Wikipedia:Reliable sources/Perennial sources, and Wikipedia:Reliable South African Sources was still updated in September 2023. News24 was also mentioned under source to be cautious for, and that GQ article was posted on June 2021, while Rema named Afro-rave in May. This will be very confusing, when people search for the genre on Google and Rema is all that comes up. Like this ([17]), if CNN, The Daily Telegraph, The Guardian, BBC and others said Rema no one will believe News24 or TimesLIVE. This is really confusing, what do you think.
