Rascom-QAF1 activation[edit]

There have been two edits to this article since launch which have indicated (without providing any source citation) that there has been trouble activating the RASCOM-QAF 1 satellite on orbit. Without a citable source, that assertion doesn't meet wikipedia's criteria for content suitable for the encyclopedia.... (sdsds - talk) 05:05, 28 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Appears to have been a helium leak. Current status is unclear. It's certainally not been declared a "total loss" yet. See http://www.talksatellite.com/EMEAX535.htm. I've updated the article to reflect this. --GW_Simulations_{User Page | Talk} 12:52, 30 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]
