rename article to "Regio 2N"[edit]

Maybe this article has its name, because is about Bombardier's model family "Omneo" more than it is about the French-specific model-line. However, it looks like the Regio 2N is the only instance of Omneo so far and all other Wikis (except Japan) use Regio 2N as the title.
