Harsh Bureaucracy Against Turkish origin Citizens

There exists a harsh bureaucracy against Turkish origin citizens in Razgrad region. If you ask any of these citizens none of them will tell you that he/she is satisfied with the bureaucracy. However, I cannot find or think of any official proof about this issue. Usually, it is very hard to document this kind of injustice even any part of the world. Henceforth I will not include this issue in the Razgrad article.

To be honest, the infamous Bulgarian bureaucracy in general is slowing everyone down. However, I do not agree that this has anything to do with ethnicity.
