This term is used throughout Malaysia, Indonesia in royal titles and the disambig suggests it is a Fijian item first and foremost - this is surely a WP:UNDUE issue - Fiji is not the first and last place it is utilised - I suggest a more balanced lead for something that spreads throughout the Malayo-Polynesian language region?
