The Source of the Raritan River[edit]

I believe the source of the Raritan River, which is not mentioned in the article, is the spring-fed Budd Lake in the northwest corner of Morris County. Budd Lake is the largest natural lake in New Jersey. This river begins as a tiny trout stream that flows out of the lake. Can someone verify this? 76.99.61.117 06:08, 11 August 2007 (UTC)buddmar[reply]

"The river forms at the confluence of the North and South Branches." This is in Somerset County. Budd lake, I believe, may be the source of the South Branch. -98.221.133.96 (talk) 22:51, 6 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

1.) You do not have a reference after each individual sentence. However, you do have a citation at the end of each paragraph in your edit, which is exactly what I did with mine. I assume that everything within that paragraph came from the source listed at the end of it.

2.) The language throughout your edit is definitely neutral. It is well-written throughout and filled with facts about your subject matter.

3.) I found no statements that were opinionated in any way when reading your edit. Everything seemed to be factual and directly from the sources you listed.

Good Job Alexander on your edits! However, it looks like you made some edits for three different Wikipedia pages. For this assignment, we were supposed to have picked one page and make a 300 word edit with 6 references. Maybe you can pick one of your choices and just expand it into further detail once you find a few more sources. Hollyferet (talk) 21:43, 22 April 2014 (UTC)[reply]
