July 2014 incident at Mount Stuart hospital[edit]

I would tend to agree with User:Xszamankax. The incident shouldn't be included here. There were no deaths and it was a procedural error, not operational. - Shiftchange (talk) 00:03, 31 January 2015 (UTC)[reply]
