Untitled[edit]

Vinay's controversial open endorsement of the Pinochet regime should be noted on this page. Watching him laud this criminal regime on national television in the 1980's caused me great anguish, as one of my uncles had been imprisoned and tortured by Pinochet.

It should also be noted that he is the second famous Chilean musician to be born in the city of Chillan (the other having been Claudio Arrau).
