Merge with Vietnam Railways[edit]

This sounds like a good idea. -- Eraserhead1 <talk> 23:24, 21 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Large degree of overlap: definitely a runner. --Old Moonraker (talk) 06:29, 22 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]
I don't mind working on this, especially since it's been tagged for so long. --dragfyre_ʞןɐʇc 20:40, 12 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]
FYI—I've been working on this article in my sandbox. --dragfyre_ʞןɐʇc 13:59, 23 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Did I mention I'm getting ready to post an updated version of this? Look for it soon (see link above for a sneak peek). --dragfyre_ʞןɐʇc 19:22, 1 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]
And this is now posted to mainspace! --dragfyre_ʞןɐʇc 02:18, 5 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Please note that, now that the information from Vietnam Railways has been merged into this article, that article could now use a rewrite. See the talk page there for more info. Also, please see the draft version in my sandbox. --dragfyre_ʞןɐʇc 14:39, 18 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Lede[edit]

I've reverted an edit by User:Rubert Prawn I which split two paragraphs out of the lede and into a "Summary" section. The addition of a "summary" section seems superfluous, seeing as that sort of summary information is well suited for the lede anyway, and splitting it out makes the lede unnaturally short for an article of this size. If the problem is that the lede is too long (I'll admit it takes up a lot of space, but a lot of articles do have long ledes), then perhaps we can discuss possible changes here, with reference to MOS:LEAD of course. Thanks. --dragfyre_ʞןɐʇc 18:41, 5 December 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Blacklisted Links Found on the Main Page[edit]

Cyberbot II has detected that page contains external links that have either been globally or locally blacklisted. Links tend to be blacklisted because they have a history of being spammed, or are highly innappropriate for Wikipedia. This, however, doesn't necessarily mean it's spam, or not a good link. If the link is a good link, you may wish to request whitelisting by going to the request page for whitelisting. If you feel the link being caught by the blacklist is a false positive, or no longer needed on the blacklist, you may request the regex be removed or altered at the blacklist request page. If the link is blacklisted globally and you feel the above applies you may request to whitelist it using the before mentioned request page, or request its removal, or alteration, at the request page on meta. When requesting whitelisting, be sure to supply the link to be whitelisted and wrap the link in nowiki tags. The whitelisting process can take its time so once a request has been filled out, you may set the invisible parameter on the tag to true. Please be aware that the bot will replace removed tags, and will remove misplaced tags regularly.

Below is a list of links that were found on the main page:

Triggered by \brailway-technology\.com\b on the local blacklist
  • http://www.railway-technology.com/projects/hanoi-metro/
Triggered by \brailway-technology\.com\b on the local blacklist

If you would like me to provide more information on the talk page, contact User:Cyberpower678 and ask him to program me with more info.

Resolved This issue has been resolved, and I have therefore removed the tag, if not already done. No further action is necessary.—cyberbot II NotifyOnline 22:04, 9 April 2014 (UTC)[reply]
