This page should not be speedy deleted because...[edit]

This page should not be speedily deleted because... this gentleman has purchased one of the largest landmarks in Great Britain from the UK Government. He is now the owner of Admiralty Arch and is referred to on the AA wikipedia page which is live. The sale has been reported widely in both the UK and international press in the last few weeks, so the media deems him a worthy individual. WIKIPEDIA PAGE OF RAFAEL SERRANO[edit]

Rafael Serrano’s Wikipedia page is currently displaying the message: “This article appears to be written like an advertisement. Please help improve it by rewriting promotional content from a neutral point of view and removing any inappropriate external links. (November 2012)” All of the information provided in the article is true and accurate. In order to remove this banner I have found some very useful articles to be used as citations.

1. Rafael purchased the 125 year lease of Admiralty Arch, the Grade I listed entrance to the Mall, from the UK Government in October 2012. 2. Rafael Serrano started his career in 1991 at JP Morgan as an Investment Banker in Capital Markets and International Fund Management, Rafael spent three years in London before moving to the offices on Wall Street, New York. Removing the bit about first major building to be sold from lead[edit]

This, if correct, belongs to the body of the article, where it is currently marked as citation needed. "First major building to be sold by the Government" sounds unlikely (and would require good sources). What is possibly correct is something like "First major building to be sold by the Cameron Government under the [whatever] enacted [whenever].
