Rabei Osman - acquitted and arrested in Milan, Italy on June 2004 by Italian State Police. He is now held in a Italian prison before transfering to Spain for 8 years. His release date from Italy is set for November 2013 before transfering to Spain for awaiting trail of the bombings.
