Not the British monarch![edit]

The title of this case confused me, as I was looking for the plaintiff to be HRH Queen Elizabeth II of the UK... Seems like a rather quaint way to still hold onto the Commonwealth tradition, to still refer to legal cases involving Queensland in a manner that appears to involve a monarch, when this is likely to cause confusion.
