Name[edit]

Quickly is the name of a International Fusion Style Chain Cafes with over 2000 locations in the world, and 60 locations in the USA. Quickly is the First company in the World who created all kind of the Tapioca, Bubble Drinks.

This article is not NPOV. It uses words like "our" and "we" that are clearly for advertising--Bradtatorship 09:02, 29 December 2005 (UTC)[reply]

edit[edit]

Hi, I'm relatively new to Wikipedia. I've made some grammatical changes and reworded some paragraphs to make the page seem a little more like an article instead of a brochure. Hopefully, it still means what the writer intended. Example: from "Quickly was the first and biggest (over 2000 locations worldwide) chain to introduce tapioca and milk tea beverages to the world and make it our sole business to present them in a consistent and professionally environment." to "Quickly was the first and largest (over 2000 locations worldwide) chain to introduce tapioca and milk tea beverages to the world." However, I have no clue how to edit the first paragraph of "How was Quickly Established?" The meaning is way beyond me. If you have any suggestions or disagreements on what I've done, please put it in my discussion page :) Hurrah 01:40, 27 January 2006 (UTC)[reply]

It looks like this article was mainly created for advertisment. Since Quickly is a chain of independently owned and operated stores, there is no such thing as a "Flagship" store. The self proclaimed "Flagship" store in Daly City is owned by the same people as the Quickly in Millbrae, California and quite possibly the one on Irving Street in San Francisco. The photographs themselves look like advertisements alone (Super clean facility with no customers).

Yeah, the local Quickly outlet in my area has really gone to the dogs over the past few years (stained seats, graffiti here and there, sticky floors, flies out and about, etc.). Hardly as sanitary and trendy as the one pictured here. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 172.192.78.118 (talk) 00:59, 22 January 2007 (UTC).[reply]
I have removed the "flagship" store text and image.

Ed Jew[edit]

Is the Ed Jew situation notable enough in the context of the Quickly corporation to merit the lengthy paragraph here? (I'm asking seriously - I know it's a big deal here in San Francisco, but I don't know if it's made the news anywhere else). 64.175.42.176 03:24, 9 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Yes. In fact, maybe you should leave it be for now, because of all the media circus around city hall. Goodshoped35110s 04:14, 9 October 2007 (UTC) Oh, and welcome to Wikipedia![reply]
