Well, to solve the stub problem......[edit]
The best way to solve this problem is to ignore WP:NOT PAPERS, since I do not think ordinary people would be interested or have the need to read this article, and this article is ONLY IMPORTANT to quantum physicists. Also, a perfect article should be easy to understand to ordinary audience and very useful to professional researchers and teachers, and stubs are useless to progessional audience.
