The previous page for QKENCHANT was deleted in 2006 under "spreading conspiracies", among few other reasons.

I hereby humbly request to admins, users of wikipedia to give me a few day's time to get back at this. I will add some more content to this article, and all the content will be cited to official website of CIA. Also, kindly help in expanding this article if you want.
