The Stal-2 is not actually creditted to Putilov as it was designed while he was still a junior member at OOS, I will attempt to set this mess straight by copying over the article (initially) to it's rightful place under Stal-2. Once that is accomplished this page could be deleted.Petebutt (talk) 09:28, 6 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]

  • By convention, we include a manufacturer or designer name as part of the article name (except for a few specific cases). Either "Putilov Stal-2" or "OOS Stal-2" would meet this criterion, but since both the RAF Museum Thesaurus and the National Air and Space Museum Directory of Airplanes: their Designers and Manufacturers file this one under "Putilov" (see here and here), I think we should follow suit. --Rlandmann (talk) 06:42, 7 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]
