Albugo tragopogonis[edit]

@Spedona: moved Albugo tragopogonis to Pustula obtusata.{Subst:URL to diff|url=https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Pustula_obtusata&type=revision&diff=693173426&oldid=607184338}} Earlier, an IP added that Albugo tragopogonis is the old name for Pustula tragopogonis[[1]], the causal agent of white blister disease on goatsbeard (Tragopogon spp.). Currently, also sunflower white blister rust is attributed to this pathogen, but this has not yet been confirmed by molecular phylogenetic studies. The link in the citation (http://www.indexfungorum.org/Names/SynSpecies.asp?RecordID=346454) produces an error message. The current Species Fungorum entry has the legitimate name of Albugo tragopogonis as Pustula tragopogonis (Pers.) Thines, Mycotaxon 92: 455 (2005). The entry for Pustula obtusata says Nom. illegit., Art. 52.1 and notes Circumscription includes the type of a name (Uredo tragopogonis Pers. 1797), the epithet of which ought to have been adopted. Both consider P. obtusata a synonym of P. tragopogonis. Therefore, I think the article should be moved/re-named to Pustula tragopogonis and P. obtusata listed as a synonym.
