In May 2007, during a protest at a Pulte Homes construction site, it was claimed that an employee used a water truck owned by the company to spray water at a group of workers picketing outside a home with a high pressure water hose.[32] On June 20, 2007, a video of the incident was posted on YouTube.[33] It was not confirmed that the individual in question was a PulteGroup employee.

On March 26, 2009, Building Justice,[34] a project of the International Union of Painters and the Sheet Metal Workers International Association, with support from the AFL-CIO, released the report of a survey of 872 Pulte and Del Webb home owners in Arizona, Nevada, and California in which 63% of respondents reported construction defects in their homes.[35]

In February of 2010, a district court in northern California dismissed a class action lawsuit filed against various PulteGroup subsidiaries with the accusation that the firm’s lending practices attributed to the 2007 market collapse.[36]

In December 2018, Pulte Homes was accused of violations of Florida’s Unfair and Deceptive Trade Practices Act. The company settled with the Florida Attorney General office and agreed to repair homes that were up to 10 years old and meet [sic?] the criteria outlined in the consent decree. In addition, the company provided over $78.7 million in homeowner relief.[37]

net income mistake?[edit]

In the box at the top of the page, net income is listed as: Net income Increase $100.463 billion (2018)

I seriously doubt they have $100b in net income in 2018. NASDAQ lists NI as just over $1b.https://www.nasdaq.com/market-activity/stocks/phm/financials
