Largest?[edit]
"Located at the south of the Greater Santiago conurbation, it houses 492,603 inhabitants (city proper, 2002 census), making it the largest city in Chile (excluding conurbations or absorptions)."

- Santiago proper is considered only the "comuna of Santiago." Santiago as a whole includes Puente Alto.
- I'm still not sure if that makes Puente Alto the largest (I think there are more people in La Florida and probably Conceptión), but the comuna of Santiago is actually not that populated, as it's the downtown area where there are many many buisnesses but not as many homes.
