Merge[edit]

The topic of the Comprehensive Care Management article the not sufficiently notable on its own, and there is large amount of duplicate/shared material between it & the Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly article. Likewise the advertisement issues with Comprehensive Care Management could be taken care of by the careful selection of what material to bring over as part of the merge. -- 12.106.111.10 18:44, 7 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Workplan[edit]

Much of the article is derived directly from other source text. There are minimal citations, especially those from independent, peer-reviewed sources. The History section is dense and hard to follow. The article lacks a neutral tone.

Plan to add Eligibility, Financing section, and Program Outcomes section. Remove extraneous history information and condense it into a bullet-pointed list. Reduce sensationalism. Rephrase text to be in our own words. Rename “How it works” to “Description.” Angelicality7 (talk) 17:32, 30 August 2021 (UTC)[reply]
