Pristina in English should be Prishtina[edit]

The spelling of Pristina on the Municipal building, in English is Prishtina. Since Pristina has no explicit declaration of its name in English, presenting itself as Municality of Prishtina should be enough to be considered as an official announcement for the English language. For that reason, we must change Wikipedia in English from Pristina to Prishtina. Please the a picture municipal building in the following article:
