This article was created on behalf of User:68.160.141.67 from an WP:AFC. I've currently added the article as presented in the AFC, but it currently has some NPOV issues in that it is far too complimentary toward Prince Cedza. It could also use a general bit of cleanup. I've got this marked as something I'll come back to as time permits, but if anyone sees this before I do, please feel free to take a stab at it.
