Bell Day[edit]

I was a pupil for 6 years + and never heard of such a thing. We processed to church for the carol service and Founder's Day. Is this a fabrication or can someone confirm it's existence? --MJB 09:42, 14 May 2007 (UTC)

External links[edit]

Should there commercial sites be allowed to add to the external links area? This is in reference to Presteigne holidays that seems to have. I'm not sure about this and I'm undecided. The Baptist church is non-commercial, neither is presteigne.com, the Presteigne town site or the business directory, but the holiday thing is. Whym 16:17, 27 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Photo?[edit]

It would be nice if this article had a photo of the town, instead of just the map. Is one available? 90.242.148.132 (talk) 21:18, 17 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Done - anyone can access and upload them from Geograph. Ghmyrtle (talk) 22:11, 17 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Just added one. Gareth Griffith-Jones (contribs) (talk) 16:42, 21 January 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Pronounciation[edit]

I see that guidance on how the name is pronounced has been removed by an anonymous user. Is there any reason why there should not be some guidance on how to pronounce this wonderful name? — Preceding unsigned comment added by CourtCelts1988 (talkcontribs) 07:47, 6 April 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Sir Christopher Hatton (Notable people section)[edit]

To be on the list of Notable people, connection of Sir Christopher Hatton with Presteigne needs demonstrating - his wikipedia article doesn't mention any places in Wales he owned or lived at.Cloptonson (talk) 18:01, 23 July 2022 (UTC)[reply]
