Anecdote[edit]

While perhaps not the intended purpose of this page, I believe a worthwhile distraction is not an unhealthy endeavor, particularly on a talk page that will almost certainly only see a visitor every six or ten months.

That said, I took the image featured in the infobox of this article on 12 May 2021. Originally finding it unsatisfactory, I called up my girlfriend on 14 May and forced her to join me as I took another image of the President’s House, this time looking towards the front doors from the Lord Botetourt statue. In the course of taking the photos, a woman approached from behind and startled us both. Due to a mask mandate, I was unaware of who it was initially, though to my horror realized it was Katherine Rowe. Somewhat embarrassed I was taking images of her residence, I explained that it was for Wikipedia and she nodded in what I assume was some form of concern and carried on with her day. In any case, this page has since been latterly approved by the current resident of the topical structure. Thanks! ~ Pbritti (talk) 06:51, 16 July 2021 (UTC)[reply]
