Copyedit[edit]

I have copyedited the article to summarize the history section, rm some unsourced statements and reduce the length of the "Special Plan" section to place it in context with the rest of the article.

The artcle is unreferenced and would also benefit from a more extensive coverage of trade figures over time. There's a great deal more work to be done here - anyone interested? Euryalus (talk) 12:16, 4 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]
