Coordinates and elevation[edit]

Both GNIS and NGS (in external links) show a much lower elevation and different coordinates than those in the infobox. NGS is generally considered authoritative and GNIS is generally considered authoritative for coordinates but not elevation. In this case there is a higher point on the mountain which is identifed by both Peakbagger.com and Peaklist.org both of which are considered reliable sources. Because it seems to be the general practice on Wikipedia to use the coordinates of the highest point to identify the location of a mountain I used the latter sources as did a former editor (in part). Last paragraph[edit]

I recently edited out the majority the last paragraph for this entry. Personally, I think most of the information in this section is extraneous at best. While the information may be useful to, as you put it, "[answer] the question of whether viewers can point their antennas in one direction to get good reception," I hardly think it pertains to this particular article; especially since there is an antenna farm article already.

However, I see no need to get into an edit war over this. I simply thought you might like to respond to the above. --Blackened (talk) 19:12, 30 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]
