This post looks like political propaganda, it doesn't tell me anything about Pongsapat Pongcharoen, his past, family, education, history, achievements, etc. etc. only states what he will do if he as a governor - but Bangkok doesn't hold elections until 3 Mar 2013.
On the Thai version it doesn't have any facts other then his picture.
