Merger[edit]

There is not enought content in Bell's corner for it to be an article. It would be far better for bell's corner to be part of polstead. Now Merged. Wilbysuffolk Talk to me 20:51, 31 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]

None of Bell's Corner, Bower House Tye, Whitestreet Green or Polstead Heath contain any meaningful content, so merging them all to Polstead seems worthwhile. Ilikeeatingwaffles (talk) 23:08, 1 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]
The Bower House Tye article has been recreated in January 2012 with no meaningful content. My undoing of this was itself undone, and the following edit added detail of little note, so I bring the discussion here. Ilikeeatingwaffles (talk) 14:32, 24 January 2012 (UTC)[reply]
Also, Whitestreet Green has been recreated, again with no content of note. Ilikeeatingwaffles (talk) 14:33, 24 January 2012 (UTC)[reply]
Oppose all. Enough content for a stub. Even in Poland and The Netherlands they consider it a separate article worthy so it's quite odd the English language version shouldn't for British hamlets. As a geographic place (hamlet) they're all notable. There is more content added to the articles although more is always welcome. Agora (talk) 17:30, 24 January 2012 (UTC)[reply]
But there is no content other than such a place exists and has a few listed buildings. No notable info whatever. Ilikeeatingwaffles (talk) 21:56, 24 January 2012 (UTC)[reply]
Well the info itself is notable. I agree it's not much, but in my opinion enough for a stub. Agora (talk) 07:52, 25 January 2012 (UTC)[reply]
Listed buildings aren't that notable, for instance there are over 100 in Lavenham and the same goes for Long Melford. Ilikeeatingwaffles (talk) 07:56, 29 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]
I've merged the article again due to clear consensus. Wilbysuffolk (Talk to me!) 22:30, 21 February 2016 (UTC)[reply]
