Fair use rationale for Image:Coat arms Tunisia.gif[edit]

Image:Coat arms Tunisia.gif is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in Wikipedia articles constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.BetacommandBot 06:25, 2 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Independent Judiciary?[edit]

The Executive Branch section states that "the judiciary is independent." Not only does the Judicial branch section of this article refute that, but so does Freedom House, which says "The Tunisian judiciary lacks independence and regularly issues convictions in politically motivated cases." http://www.freedomhouse.org/template.cfm?page=22&year=2008&country=7507 Since a sentence about judiciary doesn't belong in the executive section anyway, I'll take it out.Tebucky (talk) 18:58, 10 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Religious freedom?[edit]

The issue of not allowing women of the Muslim believe to put on the Islamic Scarf is wildly known: Refer to http://www.state.gov/g/drl/rls/irf/2003/24463.htm —Preceding unsigned comment added by Wsafi (talkcontribs) 14:05, 26 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Important notice[edit]

The government section of the "Outline of Tunisia" needs to be checked, corrected, and completed -- especially the subsections for the government branches.

When the country outlines were created, temporary data (that matched most of the countries but not all) was used to speed up the process. Those countries for which the temporary data does not match must be replaced with the correct information.

Please check that this country's outline is not in error.

If you have any questions or comments, please contact The Transhumanist .

Thank you.

State propaganda[edit]

The whole article seems to have been written by some propaganda office of the Ben Ali régime. --Pylambert (talk) 20:53, 24 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

A section on all of the current government ministries?[edit]

Should there be a section in this article about all of the current government ministries? -Coffeetime8 (talk) 05:30, 24 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]
