Recent changes of founder info[edit]

The recent changes were unsourced and directly contradict both existing sources, as well as other online info via Google Search. The added information is likely false or it needs an independent reliable source to verify these contradicting claims (removed until such a high-quality source is provided). Notability[edit]

Why is this notable? Anna Frodesiak (talk) 22:06, 14 December 2018 (UTC)[reply]

It has a few detailed sources such as a Forbes India staffer and The Economic Times, India. Aside from their insufferable overhyping of industry-related news, these sources and other similar publications seem to be considered independent and reliable (kind of) - not a ringing endorsement though by any means. GermanJoe (talk) 22:34, 14 December 2018 (UTC)[reply]
Hi GermanJoe. The sources there are good, and just barely enough. One less, and I'd probably AfD. What do you think would happen if AfDd now? Anna Frodesiak (talk) 22:51, 14 December 2018 (UTC)[reply]
Pretty sure it would be kept (or atleast a "no consensus" keep if contributors would criticize source quality). GermanJoe (talk) 23:11, 14 December 2018 (UTC)[reply]
I agree. Sigh. :) Anna Frodesiak (talk) 23:32, 14 December 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Neutrality check[edit]

I suspect the article has been edited heavily by someone close to the subject. The information itself seems factual and is cited appropriately. But the surge in number of edits in the past week, almost entirely from one individual who has just 30 overall logged edits raise my eyebrow. The awards section is of particular interest as the editor managed to aggregate several award listings all from separate sources in a day.

@Wishallmenon: Please explain your motive behind contributing majorly to this one specific page. Note that I am not placing blame but rather curious by a new user's ability to edit such extensively. StreetSodatalk 23:08, 31 October 2019 (UTC)[reply]
@StreetSoda:I have been working on the startup environment in India for my masters project and with insurtech as my chosen topic, I thought it natural to contribute to the page. I have previously contributed to the page of a politician and professional sports company. Since I am working on my masters I only am able to contribute in my free time. The edits were made during my last semester break.

Because it isn't. Both Policybazaar and Paisabazaar are subsidiaries of PB Fintech Ltd.
