Title of article[edit]

Should this article really be titled "Policy Planning Staff (France)"? — I vote No for two reasons: (1) it's not the actual name of the Centre; (2) "Policy Planning Staff" is a reference specific to the United States and not easily understood by people from other countries.

I propose moving the article to be titled "Centre for Analysis, Planning and Strategy". Or perhaps "Centre d’analyse, de prévision et de stratégie"; I'm not sure what the Wiki guidelines are for names of institutions in other languages. @Tokyo tintin: It was moved from Analysis and Forecasting Centre in May 2013 supposedly on the grounds that its name had changed - I have no idea if that's true and user:Naptharian who was active on the page then has not edited since 2016. The basic rule is that we use whatever is most familiar to English speakers per WP:COMMONNAME - in some cases that may be the original (eg Ancien Régime) but normally it will be a translated version. Since fr.wiki has fr:Centre_d'analyse,_de_prévision_et_de_stratégie, then I would expect this article to be at Centre for Analysis, Planning and Strategy in the absence of strong evidence of another name in English, bearing in mind there is a WP:ENGVAR issue with Centre/Center - the fact that French uses Centre makes it feel more natural to use that form.
