Name Origin?[edit]

Back in 06, an anon added the claim that Pleasurville was named for a bordello located in town. No reference provided. Never heard that explanation myself, despite having had family in the area for years. Can anyone provide a reference for the name? --Clay Collier (talk) 10:38, 11 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Low Dutch Station[edit]

I have added a photo, Mayor name, and small history of the town, I was researching the name and found an article that the name may be from a visitor to the city in the time of the Low Dutch the visitor made the comment that It was such "a pleasant town, with very pleasant citizens". Could be feasible. danwalker88
