It is an interesting and well-written article. We can't use it as a source because it is self-published, see Identifying and using self-published works. Verbcatcher (talk) 23:07, 28 June 2017 (UTC)[reply]

We don't have a wholesale ban on self-published works, though they are strongly discouraged. ("self-published works are acceptable in Wikipedia so long as certain conditions are met.")
