Proposed deletion[edit]

The park in question was privatized in 1995, and was abandoned by the new owners sometime between 1995 and 2008, according to [this 2008 newspaper article]. I have already removed the only inbound link to this page (other than a bot archive). Tagged for deletion on these grounds.Vulcan's Forge (talk) 00:09, 2 September 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Well, prod failed. Rewrote the stub of the article to reference the closure and abandonment story. I suppose this article should stay around for a while if only to counter the unfortunately large number of out-of-date references I found indicating it was still there...Vulcan's Forge (talk) 19:21, 3 September 2011 (UTC)[reply]
