Pingsi vs. Pingxi[edit]

Let's agree there should be a single page. Currently there are two duplicate, slightly diverging pages: Pingsi, Taipei and Pingsi, Taipei. This is crazy! One should be a redirect towards the other.
Pingsi seems to be the official name: http://maps.google.com/maps?q=pingsi,+taiwan http://www.pingsi.tpc.gov.tw/ (haha there's also http://www.pingshi.tpc.gov.tw/ not to mention the older Pinghsi) So let's use Pingsi, Taipei as the main title, and have Pingxi, Taipei redirect to it. OK? Pingxi already redirects to Pingsi, Taipei.
