If most pilots are not pilot officers and most pilot officers are not pilots, what is the reasoning behind the title "pilot officer"? Mesoso 19:42, 29 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

The article mentions "Mr. Vice", with no explanation as to who this is or what the role does. Could someone clarify or remove the reference? Lamuella (talk) 23:00, 10 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]
