Tense issues[edit]

All but the first paragraph of the first ("Background") section are written from the perspective of the time before or during the tour. They mention who it "will be led" by and that tickets "will be refunded". Was it led by Live Nation Entertainment's global touring division? Were tickets refunded? "Commercial Reception" section has the same problem. It seems it hasn't been updated since the tour finished. Is there someone who can confirm which details that "will happen" actually did happen and what might have changed, and rework the article in past tense?
