No, not (for example) "FUKUHARA Shinzo". Unfortunately en:WP's stupid MOS-JA dictates that the names of people born after 1867 must be reversed, so "[[Shinzō Fukuhara]]" (because he's シンゾウ and not シンゾ). Or, since they're in an alphabetical list, "[[Shinzō Fukuhara|Fukuhara Shinzō]]".
